Adam brings more than 35 years of executive leadership in the communications and technology sectors, spanning CEO, COO and board roles, with a long track record in M&A, international integration and transformation, much of it in private equity-backed environments. He works alongside founders, CEOs, boards and investors during pivotal moments of change: scaling operations, turning around complex delivery environments, and preparing businesses for investment and exit. Adam focuses on clearer decision-making and on embedding increasingly AI-enabled operating models that align strategy with execution, protect commercial margins, and deliver sustainable long-term impact.
